    Crispy Air Fryer Salmon Bites with Spicy Hot Honey

     

     

    These Crispy Air Fryer Salmon Bites with Spicy Hot Honey are a game-changer for quick and delicious dinners. The tender salmon, seasoned to perfection, gets a crispy edge in the air fryer, while the hot honey glaze adds a tantalizing sweet and spicy kick. Garnished with fresh parsley and served with lemon wedges, this dish is both flavorful and healthy. Ideal for seafood lovers looking for an easy yet impressive meal!

    Ingredients:

    – 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
    – 2 tbsp olive oil
    – 1 tsp smoked paprika
    – 1 tsp garlic powder
    – 1/2 tsp onion powder
    – 1/2 tsp salt
    – 1/2 tsp black pepper
    – 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
    – 1/4 cup honey
    – 1-2 tsp hot sauce (adjust for desired spice level)
    – Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
    – Lemon wedges, for serving

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.

    2. Season the Salmon: In a large bowl, toss the salmon pieces with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Make sure the salmon is evenly coated with the seasoning mix.

    3. Cook the Salmon: Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they aren’t overlapping. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and the edges are crispy.

    4. Make the Hot Honey Glaze: While the salmon is cooking, combine the honey and hot sauce in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until the mixture is warm and well-blended. Alternatively, you can microwave the honey and hot sauce in a microwave-safe bowl for 20-30 seconds.

    5. Glaze the Salmon: Once the salmon bites are done, transfer them to a large bowl. Drizzle the hot honey over the salmon and toss gently to coat each piece in the spicy-sweet glaze.

    6. Serve: Arrange the glazed salmon bites on a serving dish. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for a fresh, tangy finish.
