    Cherry Pie Bombs Recipe

Indulge in a delightful dessert with our Cherry Pie Bombs recipe! Using canned biscuits and luscious cherry pie filling, these treats are a breeze to make. Whether you prefer baking them in the oven or using an air fryer, they emerge golden brown, crispy on the outside, and irresistibly gooey inside. Serve them warm to impress your guests with this effortless yet impressive dessert!

    Ingredients:

    – 1 can (8-count) Grand biscuits (not flaky layers or crescent roll dough)
    – 1 cup cherry pie filling
    – ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
    – ½ cup cinnamon/sugar blend

    Directions:

    1. Preparation:
    – Separate the biscuits into two layers and place them on a clean surface.
    – Roll out each layer of the dough until it reaches approximately 4 inches in diameter, resulting in 16 circles.
    – Spoon about 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling into the center of each circle. Seal the edges by pinching them together and form the dough into balls.
    – Brush all sides of the bombs with melted butter, then coat them generously with the cinnamon sugar mixture.

    2. Air Fryer Instructions:
    – Preheat the air fryer to 330°F and spray the basket or racks with oil to prevent sticking.
    – Arrange the bombs in a single layer in the air fryer basket or on the racks, ensuring they are spaced out.
    – Air fry for approximately 6-7 minutes. Gently wiggle the bombs to loosen them from the baskets.
    – Continue air frying for another 1-2 minutes or until they achieve a crispy golden brown texture. Serve warm.

    3. Oven Bake Instructions:
    – Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    – Place the bombs onto the baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each.
    – Bake for 12-15 minutes until they turn a delightful golden brown color.
    – Serve warm to enjoy the soft and gooey cherry filling.

    **Prep Time:** 10 minutes
**Cooking Time:** 8-15 minutes (depending on method)
