– 12 ounces semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate chips

– ¾ cup granulated sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– ⅓ cup cornstarch
– ½ teaspoon salt
– 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cheesecake Layer:
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– ½ cup granulated sugar
– 1 egg, at room temperature
– ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Preparation: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper.
Brownie Batter: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth. Stir in granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Gradually add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. In a separate bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt, then add to the chocolate mixture.
