Baked Cajun Shrimp Recipe
**Ingredients:**
– 12 Shrimp, Peeled, Deveined, Cooked
– 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
– 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
– 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
– 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
– 1 ½ teaspoons Salt
– ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
– ½ teaspoon Thyme Leaves
– ¼ teaspoon Ground Oregano
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.
2. Place the cooked shrimp in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with canola oil and cover the bowl. Gently shake until all the shrimp are evenly coated with oil.
3. In a small bowl with a lid, combine the smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, thyme leaves, and ground oregano. Shake well to mix.
4. Add the seasoning mixture to the bowl of shrimp. Cover the bowl and gently shake until all the shrimp are evenly coated with the seasonings.
5. Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
