    Asian Spiced Beef Noodles Recipe

Looking for a fast, flavorful, and satisfying dinner idea? These Asian Spiced Beef Noodles are the perfect weeknight stir fry packed with tender beef, fresh veggies, and bold umami flavors. This easy Asian noodle recipe is ready in under 30 minutes!

    Ingredients:

    For the Noodles:

8 oz (225 g) rice noodles or lo mein noodles

    1 tbsp sesame oil

    For the Beef:

12 oz (340 g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced

    2 tbsp soy sauce

    1 tbsp oyster sauce

    1 tsp cornstarch

    ½ tsp ground white pepper

    For the Stir-Fry:

    2 tbsp vegetable oil

    3 garlic cloves, minced

    1 tsp freshly grated ginger

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

    1 cup (100 g) shredded carrots

2 cups (60 g) bok choy or spinach, chopped

    3 green onions, sliced

    For the Sauce:

    3 tbsp soy sauce

    2 tbsp hoisin sauce

    1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp honey or brown sugar

½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Noodles:

Boil the rice or lo mein noodles according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and toss with sesame oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.

    2. Marinate the Beef:

In a bowl, mix sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and white pepper. Let sit for 10–15 minutes for maximum flavor.

    3. Whisk the Sauce:

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey (or brown sugar), and chili flakes. Set aside.

    4. Sear the Beef:

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

    5. Sauté the Veggies:

Add the remaining oil. Stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds. Toss in bell pepper, carrots, and bok choy. Cook for 3–4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

    6. Combine Everything:

Return beef to the pan. Pour in the sauce and toss well. Add cooked noodles and stir-fry everything together for 2–3 minutes until hot and coated in sauce.

    7. Serve & Garnish:

Top with sliced green onions. Serve hot and enjoy your spicy, savory Asian beef noodle bowl!

    Ready in Just 30 Minutes!
