Recipe for Stovetop Stuffed Meatloaf:
Ingredients:
– 1 package of your favorite Stove Top stuffing
– 1 cup hot water
– 2 packages brown gravy mix (1 for inside, 1 for top)
– 1.5 lbs ground beef
– 1 cup cold water
– 2 large eggs, beaten
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine stuffing mix with hot water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. In another bowl, mix 1 package of brown gravy with cold water.
3. Add ground beef and beaten eggs to the gravy mixture. Mix thoroughly.
4. Once the stuffing has soaked, blend it into the ground beef mixture.
5. Grease a bundt pan with non-stick spray and press the mixture into it.
6. Bake at 350°F for 45-55 minutes until cooked through.
7. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then invert onto a plate.
8. Serve with mashed potatoes and additional brown gravy. Enjoy!
