    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground beef

    2 tablespoons butter

    4 cloves garlic, minced

    1 medium onion, finely chopped

    1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    1/2 cup beef broth

    2 cups heavy cream

    8 oz pasta (penne or rotini work well)

    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Beef:

    In a large pot or deep skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks (about 5–7 minutes).

    2. Sauté the Aromatics:

    Add the minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until the onion becomes soft and translucent.

    3. Season:

    Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the beef with the seasonings, enhancing the flavor.

    4. Add Liquids:

    Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, then add the pasta. Stir to combine.

    5. Cook Pasta:

    Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened into a rich, creamy consistency.

    6. Cheesy Goodness:

    Stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of beef broth or water to adjust consistency.

    7. Finish:

    Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
