    Ingredients for Seeded Artisan Bread

    1 cup (240ml) warm water

    3 cups (360g) all-purpose flour

    1 tablespoon (10g) sugar

    1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast

    1 1/2 teaspoons (9g) salt

    2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil

    2 tablespoons (20g) mixed seeds (flax, chia, sesame, or sunflower seeds for added crunch and nutrition)

    Instructions for Making Homemade Seeded Bread

    Step 1: Activate the Yeast

    In a small bowl, mix warm water (not too hot!) with sugar.

    Sprinkle yeast on top and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy. This ensures active, fluffy dough.

    Step 2: Prepare the Dough

    In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.

    Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, stirring until the dough starts forming.

    Step 3: Add Nutrient-Rich Seeds

    Mix in seeds (like chia, sesame, or flax).

    Knead by hand or with a stand mixer and dough hook for 8-10 minutes until smooth, elastic, and slightly tacky.

    Step 4: Let the Dough Rise
