This delightful dish is not only a treat for the taste buds but also a reminder of the importance of investing in your health, much like maintaining quality health insurance coverage for a healthier lifestyle. Enjoy this rich, creamy shrimp and lump crab dish with the peace of mind that you’re making delicious choices that can support your well-being.

    Ingredients:

    For the Alfredo Sauce:

    1 TBSP butter

    1 red bell pepper, chopped

    1 green bell pepper, chopped

    ½ onion, chopped

    1 celery rib, chopped

    1 TBSP Cajun seasoning

    3 cloves garlic, chopped

    3 TBSP flour

    1 cup pasta water

    1 cup heavy cream

2 cups fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Black pepper and garlic powder to taste

    For the Seafood:

Cajun-seasoned shrimp, cooked in butter until pink

Lump crab, gently folded into the sauce

Pasta of your choice, or serve over rice or grits

    Instructions:

    1. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté the chopped red and green bell peppers, onion, and celery until softened. Add the Cajun seasoning and garlic, cooking until fragrant.

    2. Stir in the flour, cooking until the garlic softens, then gradually add the pasta water and heavy cream. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and garlic powder to taste, stirring until the sauce is creamy. Reduce heat to low.

    3. In a separate pan, cook the Cajun-seasoned shrimp in butter until pink. Add the cooked shrimp to the Alfredo sauce and gently fold in the lump crab.

    4. Serve the sauce over your choice of pasta, rice, or grits.

Enjoy this indulgent dish while also prioritizing your health! Just as you would carefully select a health insurance plan that fits your needs, make sure to enjoy this delicious meal in moderation. Bon appétit!
