    Ingredients:

    For the Crust:
    – 1 cup all-purpose flour
    – 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    – 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
    – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    – 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    – 1/2 teaspoon salt
    – 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cold and cut into small cubes

    For the Cheesecake Filling:
    – 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    – 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    – 1 egg
    – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    For the Apple Crisp Topping:
    – 3 cups peeled and sliced apples (about 3 medium apples)
    – 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    – 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    – 1/4 cup rolled oats
    – 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
    – 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    – 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    – 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted

    Directions:
    1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.

    2. Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Add the cold butter and use your fingers to work it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. Press the crumbs evenly into the prepared pan.

    3. Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.

    4. Create the Apple Crisp Topping: In a medium bowl, combine the apples, granulated sugar, flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in the melted butter. Sprinkle the apple crisp topping evenly over the cheesecake filling.

    5. Bake: Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
