Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
1 small onion, finely diced
1 cup shredded American cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced pickles
1/2 cup Big Mac special sauce
1 can pizza dough
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat Oven: Set your oven according to the pizza dough package
instructions.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and onions are soft. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
Stir in shredded cheese, lettuce, pickles, and Big Mac special sauce until the mixture is well combined and cheesy.
Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut into squares large enough to hold a spoonful of filling.
Place a generous spoonful of beef mixture in the center of each dough square. Fold the edges over to create a sealed packet and pinch seams tightly.
Arrange bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet. Bake according to pizza dough package instructions (typically 12–15 minutes) or until golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with extra Big Mac special sauce for dipping!
