- 1 onion , some fine herbs
- 340 grams of tomato sauce
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 one teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 180 grams of tuna
- 100 grams mozzarella cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a pan, add 250 grams of pasta, one chopped tomato, one chopped green bell pepper, one chopped onion, some fine herbs, 340 grams of tomato sauce, three garlic cloves, one teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of oil, and cover with water. Cover the pot until it starts
boiling. When it starts boiling, uncover the lid and
stir to combine to avoid the pasta from sticking together. Cover it again and let it cook for 10 minutes. After that time, uncover the lid and add 180 grams of tuna and stir to combine. To continue, add grated mozzarella cheese.
And on top, sprinkle some fine herbs and our recipe is ready.
